Terms of Service
When commissioning me (Oyzix), you have read, understood and agreed to these following terms.Failure to comply to these terms will result in blacklisting without refunds.
IN GENERAL:- For personal use only.- Always credit me (@oyzix on IG) when publishing my work to anywhere- I strive for a result to make the customer as satisfied as possible.
Please, ask if you have any questions and give me feedback!- Please, be kind and state any wishes regarding your commission before ordering.WILL DRAW:- Any furry species (feral, anthro, monster etc. including original species)
- Experimental humans / humanoids
- Any bodytype
- Props, accessories, clothes etc.
- Ship art / couple art
- Experimental gore
- Mild / suggestive nsfw (18+)WON'T DRAW:- Moderate nsfw (genitals / porn etc...)
- Mecha / complex robot parts
- Harmful and inappropriate ideologies, anything hateful
- Complex backgroundsPAYMENT POLICY:- Payment upfront or with bigger works after sketch (works which cost over 50$).
(No payment plans, sorry!)- Payment via [PayPal] https://www.paypal.com/paypalme/oyzix with USD ($) or Ko-fi.- I won't start/continue before I've received the payment in full.REFUND POLICY:I won't do refunds when...
- the payment has been sent.
- customer doesn't reply within 1 week, ignores/ghosts me, blocks me, is rude or hateful towards me etc...
- customer is unsatisfied with the end resultsI'll do refunds when:
- I'm unable to finish your commission for whatever reason. I'll refund you depending on the stage the artwork is currently on from finished. (80% finished, 20% refund). I'll deliver the artwork on that stage it has been left on.DURING COMMISSION:- Please, provide clear reference sheet or picture of your character. Moodboards, sketches, irl images or songs as an extra reference are much appreciated!- State any wishes regarding your commission before ordering. These wishes include for example (pose, expression, accessories, clothes, any other detail). If you don't have any specific wishes, I'm allowed to decide myself some details which haven't been stated.- I'll send the customer WIP pictures of the work. Please, let me know straight away if there's anything you'd like to be changed. Changes or edits after finishing will cost extra. (Do not publish my WIPs publicly without my permission)- Turnaround time varies from 1 day to 2 months depending on the work. If you have a deadline in mind, you'll be charged a rush fee.- I'm allowed to discontinue the commission without any refunds when the customer is hateful/rude towards me or breaks these terms.AFTER COMMISSION:- I have the full rights to my own work. I'm allowed to post the artwork to my social medias, portfolios or in comission examples to show different type of artworks. If you wish to keep your comission private, it'll cost an extra fee of 5$The customer has rights to:
▪ use the artwork for personal use when I'm properly credited as the original artist.
▪ add the value of the work to characters total valueThe customer doesn't have rights to:
▪ claim the artwork as their own
▪ remove my watermark / name tag
▪ edit the work without my permission
